IMAGERY
According to Darvay's artist statement, the playful imagery in her work comes from a mythical worldview where color breathes life into everything and "every tiny quiver of life is perceived, even in the remotest corners."

True to her word, nearly every inch of her mixed-media canvases are filled with rich color and detail, animals and wildlife exchanging amusing glances amid patchwork landscapes of texture.
