Oklahoma City singer-songwriter Bella Burns will headline the 27th annual Plaza District Festival on Saturday, Sept. 26, capping a day of live music, local art, food and family activities in the Plaza District.

The free, all-ages festival runs from noon to 11 p.m. around 1745 NW 16th St. Burns is scheduled to take the Main Stage at 10 p.m.

Burns has performed this year at Norman Music Festival, deadCenter Film Festival and the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships. She was also selected for SixTwelve’s 2026 Recording, Mixing and Mastering Residency.

“Bella Burns has had an incredible year, and we’re excited to have her bring that momentum to Plaza Fest,” Plaza District Executive Director Rachael Crawford said. “Plaza Fest is about giving our community a chance to discover and celebrate the incredible talent we have right here in Oklahoma City.”

More than 40 local artist vendors, 10 food trucks and nearly a dozen community organizations and nonprofits are expected to participate.

Live music and entertainment will take place throughout the district, including the return of the ACM@UCO Stage on the patio at Osteria. The stage is programmed by students and alumni of the University of Central Oklahoma’s Academy of Contemporary Music.

The festival’s Family Zone will offer art activities, face painting, balloon animals, live music and interactive street dance by The Groovemeant Community through Arts Council Oklahoma City’s Art Moves program.

Plaza Fest will also coincide with the 11th annual Plaza Walls Mural Expo. Forty artists will paint murals throughout the week leading up to the festival, continuing a public art program that has become a defining feature of the district.

Businesses throughout the Plaza District will offer specials, entertainment and other activities during the festival.

Plaza Fest draws more than 30,000 people in a single day, according to the Plaza District Association. Proceeds from the event support the nonprofit association and its free arts and culture programming, including LIVE! on the Plaza and the Plaza Walls Mural Expo.

The 27th annual Plaza District Festival is presented by Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy, with additional support from local businesses and community sponsors.
