All we know is that it is happening and we are as puzzled by it as you are. Lips frontman Wayne Coyne posted a photo to his infamous Instagram account (@waynewontpostpicsofnakedwomen, in case you forgot) of what appears to be Miley Cyrus rolling a joint with her trademark Bangerz-brand rolling papers. The caption? It’s about as Coyne as it gets: “Yup…… Recordin with Miley… High as fuck…. #flaminglips #theflaminglips #tulsa #lovemoneyparty.”
If that doesn’t have you enraged/ disgusted/titillated enough, they’re apparently recording a Beatles cover. That’s right.

CFN lives for. In a separate Instagram photo (just follow him already),
Coyne posted a doctored photo of, well, we’ll let Coyne describe it:
“Miley in the studio vomiting diamonds while singing Lucy In The Sky
With Diamonds!! If you’re a Beatles and John Lennon freak you gonna love
love love this track!! Got Andrew from MGMT too!!!!” Guess what else.
It all supposedly happened in Tulsa … at Hanson’s recording studio.
