Thats according to a recent report by the American College of Sports Medicine. Its survey mapped a variety of factors how many people are obese, how many are smokers, how many exercise facilities there are, etc. to rank the fitness of 50 U.S. cities, from best to worst.
OKC came in dead last. Detroit was right behind (the thin and healthy evidently hightailed it during that citys economic upheaval), and Louisville, Ky., came in 48th. The fittest city? Minneapolis-St. Paul.
Really, people, come on. Were a state founded on peoples ability to be active, especially in the track and field department the pioneers depicted in those giant bronze statues out by the Oklahoma River werent racing to get Big Macs.
