The Adult Day Center at WovenLife has reopened in northeast Oklahoma City after closing during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
To celebrate, the organization will host a Grand Reopening Open House from 4 to 6:30 p.m. May 21 at 701 NE 13th St.
Guests can tour the facility, meet staff and learn more about the center’s programs and services for older adults.

The Adult Day Center provides supervised daytime care for adults who need assistance with daily living activities or support while caregivers are away. Services include recreational activities, meals, health monitoring and social engagement. The program also offers intergenerational activities with children from WovenLife’s Child Development Center.
“Through our programming and partnerships with families, WovenLife works to help participants maintain their physical and cognitive independence, allowing them to remain at home with their loved ones instead of in a more restrictive environment such as a nursing home,” said Susette Runyon, director of adult services at WovenLife.
The center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Payment options include Medicaid ADvantage, VA benefits and private pay.
Enrollment is open for both the Adult Day Center and the Child Development Center.
