The Village Arts Festival returns for its second year Oct. 3-4, bringing more than 60 regional artists, live music, food trucks and children’s activities to The Village Civic Plaza.
The free festival runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days at 2304 Manchester Drive in The Village.
Organized by The Village Arts Association, the event launched last year as a way to expand access to the arts and bring the community together.
“Last year’s inaugural event was a huge success,” said Jon Sousa, board chairperson of The Village Arts Association. “We hope to grow this festival and continue to shine a light on creativity as well as the friendly, neighborly spirit The Village is known for.”
This year’s festival is sponsored by First Liberty Bank, Waste Connections and Love’s Travel Stops.
