The first signs of fall are finally upon us. As the temperatures continue to cool, these four cocktails will warm you right back up.

Pumpkin Patch

1.5 oz Hangar One Rosé
.5 oz Mizu Shochu
.5 oz squash puree
.5 oz apple cider
1 Egg white
Barspoon of apple cider vinegar
Barspoon of Zucca Amaro

Dry shake egg white with 2 cubes of ice until melted. Combine all ingredients and wet shake. Pour into an ice-filled Collins glass.

Sanderson Sisters
1.5 oz Gran Centenario Reposado
.5 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
.5 oz Port Charlotte
.25 oz PX Sherry
3 dashes Molé Bitter
Top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale

Stir all the ingredients except the ginger ale together and strain into coupe glass. Top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale.

Witch’s Brew
1.5 oz Stranahan’s Sherry Cask
.5 oz PX Sherry
.5 oz Drumshanbo Citrus Gin
.5 oz Bauchant Liqueur

Stir all ingredients together and strain into rocks glass with a vault ice cube.

1.5 Grand Centenario
1 espresso
.75 oz Averna
1 oz Angostura

Dry shake all ingredients and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with nutmeg shavings.
