No matter the weather in Oklahoma, we still somehow manage to get the worst of all seasons. We’re slammed with tornadoes, earthquakes, extreme heat and blizzards — sometimes in a single month.

According to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, OKC nabs the No. 9 spot on a list of the most brutal U.S. cities for people suffering with seasonal allergies.

The rankings were tallied based on several factors, including allergy-medication usage. While there’s no denying springtime in OKC is hell on our noses and eyes, Chicken-Fried News has to wonder if the data might have been just a wee bit skewed by the state’s slight methamphetmaine problem and how pseudoephedrine is a key ingredient in that drug.
