Gather your family, friends and a lawn chair, and head to Moore's third annual " Summer Nights: Music in the Park," held this and each Friday in June at Buck Thomas Memorial Park, 1901 N.E. 12th.
This week's show features Odd Sheep Out, a Tulsa jazz band led by singer Jennifer Marriott, who won the BST Blues Choice Awards Vocalist of the Year in 2007, said Diane Wallace, spokeswoman for the Moore Public Library.

The free concert series was started after the city's success with "Art in the Park," a two-day event with crafts, food and family activities.
"The City of Moore planners were wanting to do something for the community," Wallace said. "They wanted to bring people together."
The city partnered with Union Pacific Railroad, Tinker Federal Credit Union and the library to book bands with a wide audience appeal. A range of styles, from metal to red dirt, have performed in the concert series, she said.
Prior to Odd Sheep Out's performance, the park will host the "Moore's Own Icon" singing competition at 6 p.m. The winner will be awarded $100, a three-hour recording session and a performance slot at a future "Art in the Park" event, Wallace said.
She said roughly 700 visitors have become regulars at the "Summer Nights" concerts and organizers expect a similar crowd this Friday. The June 26 concert will feature Zoom City.
