Stitt’s order closes nonessential businesses (businesses involving close contact, such as hair salons, spas, gyms and tattoo parlors) in 19 counties by 11:59 Wednesday for 21 days.

- Garvin
- Grady
- Jackson
- Kay
- Logan
- Mayes
- McClain
- Muskogee
- Noble
- Oklahoma
- Pawnee
- Payne
- Pontotoc
- Tulsa
- Wagoner
- Washington
All visitation to nursing homes and longterm care facilities is banned, as are gatherings of 10 or more people.
Restaurants may remain open for curbside and delivery services.
