Review: Happy Labs Dispensary opened their third location in Midtown in December, and Straight Fire is their house brand of flower. The Tropical Gelato came quickly recommended from their dense menu. The bright frosty buds hit the nose with a strong gassy aroma before breaking down into a dense fluffy bowl that hits as strong as it smells, though be prepared — the high isn’t quite as energizing as the flavor. This one produces a heavy, calming experience best suited for a quiet afternoon. Expect full body relaxation and a slightly sedative head high followed by a rather serious case of the munchies.
