Review: I had heard good things about Elite Leaf’s flower from Reddit, so I made a point of dropping in and checking it out. Everything it had on hand looked and smelled great, but the grower was especially proud of GMO Cookies, so I gave it a shot. It ground up very nicely and smelled great but definitely had me coughing after the second hit, which is true for other “garlic” strains that I’ve had. That being said, two hits was all I needed, as this flower was very potent. The high came on quickly and very intensely but was not so overpowering that it made me miserable; it was quite pleasant and made me rather euphoric after I adjusted to it. It’s definitely on the heavy indica side and not one for the novice but well worth having if you like intense strains that will put you down. Modified Grapes, a GMO Cookies and Purple Punch cross (and the other strain I picked up from Elite Leaf), is set to hit the shelves again this month, and I will be swinging by to give that one a shot too, as Elite Leaf obviously knows what it is doing.
