Street closures are rolling in ahead of the Festival of the Arts, with impacts running April 10 through May 4 around Bicentennial Park.

The festival itself takes place April 23–26, nestled between Civic Center Music Hall and City Hall—but setup starts early. Beginning at 8 a.m. on April 10, streets surrounding the park will begin closing, including parts of Walker, Lee, Colcord, and Couch.

Good news: City Hall and the Arts District Garage will still be accessible, and pedestrian access to the park and Civic Center Music Hall remains open.

Everything is expected to reopen by 5 p.m. on May 4, but until then, plan for detours, limited street parking, and a little extra travel time if you’re heading downtown.

Pro tip: patience + alternate routes = your best friends for the next few weeks.
