More than
870 people turned out at Wantland Stadium to form a continuous chain,
breaking the previous record of 846 that had been set by the University
of Missouri at Rolla.
The
chain remained intact for five minutes while the event was videotaped
and photographed to send to Guinness World Records, which is expected to
confirm the new record within just a few short weeks.
The
latest feat appears to be part of UCOs long-term goal to transform
itself into your most obnoxious uncle. Last year, the Edmond university
broke the world record for the largest game of Duck, Duck, Goose,
although it was broken well, dammit to hell! only two months later
by a bunch of rain-on-our-paraders in Rogersville, Mo.
Whats next, UCO? Simultaneous head-patting and belly-rubbing? Fart-lighting? The mind boggles at the possibilities.
