Three silent short films will be accompanied by local musicians and a cinema art show, organizers said. It is free and open to the public. Doors open 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Films run each hour, starting at 7 p.m.

OKC Film Club is a community organization that presents free film screenings the first Tuesday of each month. The "party
is not just a celebration of what the club has accomplished over the
past year, but a celebration for all film lovers around OKC," said president Alex Palmer in a media release.

Films will include The Great Train Robbery, Gertie The Dinosaur and A Trip To The Moon. Scores are written and performed live by Ezekiel Gentle, Sheridan McMichael and Nicholas Poss. Art being shown is inspired by Akira Kurosawas Stray Dog, The Coen BrothersThe Man Who Wasnt There and David Lynchs Mulholland Dr. and more. Artists include Jerry Bennett, Joe
Cappa, Sam Douglas, Tanner Frady, Alexa Healey, Natalie Kent, Reagan
Kloiber, Tessa Raven, Eric Tolles and Jill Wells.

Also, OKC Film Club recently launched OKC Film Club Presents DAMAGED Viewing, hosted by local critics Louis Fowler and Patrick Caine, featuring obscure cult reels the third Thursday of each month at The Paramount OKC on Film Row, 7 N. Lee Ave.
