In other words, ground is officially broken on the $900 million Continental Coliseum, future home of the Oklahoma City Thunder — who are sitting atop the NBA as the regular season winds down (even surviving a recent winning streak snap by Boston.) The new arena, set for 2028, promises bigger crowds and even louder nights. And, hopefully sturdy rafters for many future championship banners.
