On
Aug. 25, Fallin made the comment that it would be a nice gesture if
President Obama reached out to the family of an Australian college
student who was gunned down in Duncan. Christopher Lane, a baseball
player at East Central University in Ada, was jogging near his
girlfriends house when three teens shot him in the back because they
were bored.
Lo and
behold, Fallin apparently wasnt told that the President expressed his
sympathy to Lanes family a day earlier. Oops. Appearing on Fox News
Sunday, Fallin told anchor Chris Wallace that it would be nice if our
nation were to certainly express their condolences, how very sorry we
are.
Cmon, gov. Get your PR hacks to set up a Google alert or two.
