While
CFN can barely recall any details of the 21-0 affair (there was a
basketball game between Grambling State and Alcorn State that was far
more compelling), were pretty confident that OSU couldve, yknow, at
least, kicked a field goal against Alabama or something.
Four
voters saw fit to grant OSU whose record is the same as Alabamas
their No. 1 vote. That could mark the first time in history that Iowa
State beat a team that was ever voted No. 1 in the AP poll.
All
CFN can really conclude from this collegiate quagmire is that those BCS
footballers need to take a page out of their basketball-playing
brothers books and get that playoff system rolling.
