lamb fries

1) Slice partially frozen, peeled lamb testicles into 1/8-inch slices. 2) Dredge lamb slices into ground cracker meal. Shake off excess breading. 3) Deep-fry at 350 F for 4 minutes. Drain on a paper towel. 4) Serve hot with a side of cocktail sauce for dipping and a fresh lemon squeeze.
