According to data collected from Foursquare, our love affair with explosives namely fireworks as well as our outstanding park and parade attendance on the Fourth of July makes Oklahoma City the second most patriotic city in the nation, just behind Knoxville, Tenn.
The list was compiled based on spikes in check-ins around Independence Day venues, including historical sites, parades and fireworks retailers.
Following OKC are Raleigh, N.C.; and San Antonio. In last place: Kansas City, Mo. In other news, Paul Revere likely is rolling in his grave Boston didnt even make the cut.
